Research

My thesis research focused on the role of inherited genetic variations in human cancer.

We aimed to identify new variants associated with cancer predisposition and clinical outcome using high-throughput genomic approaches. This work is part of a global effort to better understand the biological pathways that is important for cancer initiation and progression.
